Our Expertise in Food Safety Support

As part of our business, we provide expert assistance with the practical implementation of food safety knowledge directly on your premises. If your business operates a food safety system built around HACCP principles, including those such as Safer Food Better Business, we are available to visit you and offer tailored advice to help you comply with all relevant food safety legislation and ensure your food products remain safe.

Our guidance may involve recommending minor adjustments to how food is prepared and stored, or suggesting equipment and utensils that are more 'food safe and friendly' to streamline your operations. If you are unsure where to begin, we offer comprehensive support throughout your journey: from identifying issues that need attention to implementing improvements that enhance your food safety management. Additionally, we provide training designed to meet the needs of you and your staff.

Our Delivery Models

As a small training provider, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and our ability to adapt our approach to suit your needs. You can choose from the following options for training delivery:

Option 1: Face-to-Face Training at Our Centre

We offer training at our centre, which accommodates up to four participants. Sessions are delivered in bitesize classes, promoting plenty of interaction and providing ample opportunities for attendees to ask questions and engage with the material.

Option 2: Training via Webinar (Zoom)

For remote learning, you can join us from home and participate in interactive sessions via Zoom. If you wish to obtain a nationally recognised qualification, we will arrange a remotely invigilated exam through Highfield. Upon successful completion of the Highfield exam, you will receive a certificate from "Highfield Qualifications." Remotely invigilated exams require you to sit the assessment on your computer, with a camera directed at you, so that Highfield staff can observe and ensure exam conditions are met.

Option 3: Face-to-Face Training at Your Premises

Alternatively, we can visit your business and deliver courses on-site, regardless of the size of your training facilities. This ensures that your team can benefit from our expertise in a familiar environment, making it easier to apply the knowledge gained to your daily operations.
